3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as required for our services
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed in the project proposal
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Gedo.One retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Generally:

• A deposit is required before project commencement
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional charges

6. Limitation of Liability

Gedo.One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
